Lincoln College International - Technical Trainer – Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) LCI is urgently seeking an experienced and passionate Technical Trainer – Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) to join our team in Al Ju'aymah, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. This role offers an opportunity to deliver high-quality technical and vocational training in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), inspection, quality assurance and quality control, combining theoretical learning with practical and workplace-relevant activities. The successful candidate will bring strong NDT and industrial inspection experience, excellent teaching and facilitation skills, and a commitment to delivering engaging, industry-relevant learning experiences. Key Responsibilities Training Delivery Deliver classroom-based, workshop, and practical technical training sessions. Facilitate learning through presentations, demonstrations, case studies, simulations, and hands-on activities. Support trainees in applying NDT methods, inspection principles, QA/QC, safety, and workplace best practices. Monitor learner progress and provide coaching, mentoring, and constructive feedback. Curriculum Development Develop, review, and update training materials, lesson plans, presentations, assessments, and practical exercises. Ensure training content reflects current industry standards, technologies, and best practices. Integrate project management, operational excellence, and continuous improvement methodologies into training delivery. Assessment and Quality Assurance Conduct trainee assessments and evaluate competency against learning outcomes. Maintain accurate training and assessment records. Participate in quality assurance activities and continuous improvement initiatives. Health, Safety and Compliance Promote safe working practices throughout all training activities. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Maintain training facilities, equipment, and resources in a safe and effective condition.
