Hospitality   is  a  work  of  heart , A Spa Therapist provides wellness and beauty treatments to guests, helping them relax and improve their well-being. Main Responsibilities Perform massages and body treatments Provide facials and skincare treatments Prepare treatment rooms and maintain hygiene standards Advise guests on suitable treatments and products Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction Certification or training in spa therapy/massage therapy Knowledge of different massage techniques and skincare treatments Good communication and customer service skills
