We are dedicated to providing world-class sleep solutions through an premium, customer-centric retail showroom environment. 🎯 Role Purpose The Showroom Salesperson is responsible for driving retail sales by delivering expert, consultative sleep solutions to walk-in clients. This role demands an individual who can navigate premium consumer psychology, communicate product value seamlessly, and meet high-ticket revenue targets. 📝 Key Responsibilities Sales Excellence: Proactively engage showroom visitors, demonstrating Sealy’s product features, materials, and specialized posturepedic technology to convert interest into high-ticket sales. Customer Consultations: Assess individual alignment concerns, comfort preferences, and sleep patterns to recommend custom mattress models. Showroom Presentation: Maintain strict premium brand standards across all floor displays, ensuring visual merchandising compliance and price clarity. Account & Client Management: Build long-term relationships with walk-in buyers, interior designers, and corporate accounts, ensuring thorough after-sales care and generating positive referrals. Operational Systems: Seamlessly use active retail software including Point of Sale (POS) terminals, digital inventory systems, and delivery tracking tools. Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with warehouse and fulfillment teams to accurately schedule and track product deliveries. Job Requirements & Qualifications Education: Valid Bachelor’s degree in any field from an accredited institution. Experience: Exactly 5 years of proven retail experience specializing in high-end mattresses, bedroom furniture, or luxury bedding showrooms. Sales Acumen: Strong consultative selling skill set with a verified track record of handling high-ticket product objections and closing same-visit sales. Language Skills: Native Arabic proficiency with intermediate English speaking capabilities. Location: Candidates must currently reside within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with valid residency status. Target Nationalities: Saudi, Jordanian, or Yemeni (with transferable Iqama where applicable).
