Jasara Program Management Company (Jasara PMC) is a leading Joint Venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, established to deliver world-class program management services across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Jasara plays a key role in supporting the realization of Saudi Vision 2030, particularly in delivering giga-projects and large-scale infrastructure developments. We are seeking a Senior Procurement Manager - MEP to join JASARA PMC. This role will lead the procurement activities for MEP-related material categories ensuring technically compliant, commercially competitive and strategically aligned MPAs. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sourcing strategies for MEP categories aligned with QMM objectives. Lead EOI, PQQ, RFP, evaluation, BAFO, recommendation and award processes. Coordinate with MEP technical advisors, design consultants and cost consultants. Lead supplier market sounding, longlisting, prequalification and supplier capability assessments. Prepare commercial analysis, negotiation strategies and award recommendations. Manage category schedules, risks, issues, approvals and stakeholder communications. 10+ years procurement experience with significant exposure to MEP packages. Strong understanding of MEP systems, supplier markets, technical interfaces and commercial drivers. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Business or Law depending on role scope. Experience in construction, real estate, infrastructure, developer-led procurement or comparable capital project environments. Strong stakeholder management, governance awareness, commercial discipline and ability to maintain complete procurement records.
