The Senior MEP Testing & Commission Officer will play a critical role in ensuring the successful testing and commissioning of MEP systems for major projects. Responsibilities Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive testing and commissioning strategies for MEP systems. Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient testing and commissioning processes. Conduct and oversee testing activities, including functional testing, performance testing, and integration testing. Analyze test results and identify any issues or discrepancies. Coordinate with design and construction teams to resolve any technical issues during the testing and commissioning phase. Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including test reports and commissioning records. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and project requirements during testing and commissioning activities. Provide technical support and guidance to junior testing and commissioning staff. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in testing and commissioning of MEP systems, with a focus on major construction projects. Strong knowledge of MEP systems and their integration within construction projects. Experience in developing and executing comprehensive testing and commissioning strategies. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in industry standard testing equipment and software. Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards for MEP systems.
