Saudi AZM - Senior IT Project Manager Lead IT projects throughout the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to implementation and closure. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with business requirements. Coordinate cross-functional teams including software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, data, and business stakeholders. Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests, ensuring timely mitigation and resolution. Monitor project progress against approved plans, budgets, and KPIs. Ensure projects are delivered according to agreed quality, security, compliance, and governance standards. Prepare and present regular project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates. Manage communication with internal stakeholders, clients, vendors, and third-party technology partners. Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, workshops, and progress reviews. Manage project documentation, including project charters, requirements, schedules, RAID logs, status reports, and closure documents. Identify opportunities to improve project delivery methodologies, processes, and governance. Ensure effective resource allocation and utilization throughout the project lifecycle. Support procurement and vendor management activities related to IT projects. Ensure proper handover of completed projects to operational and support teams.
