Senior Accounts Payable Accountant

Job Summary: The Senior Accounts Payable Accountant is responsible for overseeing the accounts payable cycle, ensuring timely payments, accurate reporting, and effective communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Review and process daily proposed payments Prepare and maintain accounts payable tracking reports Manage invoice collection and follow up with internal departments Perform supplier reconciliations and resolve discrepancies Liaise with vendors and internal teams regarding payment matters Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 3–5 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role Strong understanding of AP processes and reconciliations Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
