Job Purpose The Planning Engineer supports large-scale real estate development projects by owning the day-to-day scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting cycle across multiple concurrent projects. The role works closely with site teams, project managers, and client-side planners to ensure schedules remain accurate, credible, and actionable Functional Responsibilities Schedule Development & Baseline Management   • Develop, structure, and maintain detailed project schedules in Primavera P6 covering civil, MEP, finishing, mobilization, and handover activities.   • Build and validate the Work Breakdown Structure, activity logic, durations, dependencies, and baseline revisions.   • Manage change control for baseline revisions and ensure approved schedules remain aligned with project execution strategy.   Progress Monitoring & Reporting   • Collect, verify, and update site progress data on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.   • Prepare S-curves, look-ahead schedules, manpower/resource histograms, progress reports, and management dashboards.   • Perform schedule variance analysis, identify critical path shifts and delay causes, and recommend recovery actions.   Earned Value & Coordination   • Track performance using Earned Value Management including SPI, CPI, and forecast-at-completion trends.   • Coordinate with cost control to support cost/schedule integration and a single source of truth for project status.   • Participate in progress meetings, follow up on actions, and align reporting formats with client and consultant requirements.   General Responsibilities HR Proficiency: Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job To have a vision and a plan for the career path and how to achieve it. Quality: Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities. Business Process Improvements: Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible. Compliance: Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions. Health, Safety, and Environment: Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
