This role involves establishing best practices, governance, and frameworks to maximize the benefits of cloud technologies while ensuring compliance and security standards are met. The CCoE Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the adoption and integration of cloud solutions that align with business objectives. Job Resposiblites Contribute to the development of IT Planning and Management business plan ensuring alignment with ZATCA strategy Investigate and propose implementing initiatives that result in positive financial impact for Cloud Computing and mitigates financial and operational risks Define ZATCA IT & Digitization services offerings to enable business users' operational needs ensuring continuous maintenance and updates Develop ZATCA IT & Digitization service catalog in cooperation with business users and relevant IT functions and stakeholders Oversee the development of Cloud Computing CoE  portfolio assuring the fulfillment of business requirements and customer needs Participate in the identification and recruitment of key talent Guide, mentor and support direct reports in order to execute duties according to set policies and processes Communication and Contacs Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent is required Master’s degree in Information Technology Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent is preferred Experience An optimal of 8 years of relevant experience, with a preferred 3 years of experience in managerial level Competencies Collaboration and Communication - Proficient Customer Focus - Proficient Develop Teams - Proficient Enablement of Change and Innovation - Proficient Leading by Example - Proficient Operational Excellence - Proficient Professionalism - Proficient Results Oriented - Proficient Strategic Thinking - Developing Join Talent Community Home Page View All Jobs
