This position contributes to customer satisfaction by helping ensure vehicles are serviced efficiently, safely, and in alignment with CEER’s standards. Job Role Key Functional Responsibilities: • Perform vehicle diagnostics to identify, analyze, and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues repairs on various vehicle systems, including high-voltage and low-voltage components using industry standard diagnostic tools and software. • Execute mechanical repairs, including brake system maintenance, suspension adjustments, tire services, and drivetrain repairs, to support optimal vehicle performance. • Perform routine maintenance tasks carry out regular maintenance such as brake, tire and suspension servicing, as well as warranty-related repairs. • Utilize diagnostic tools & software operate specialized diagnostic equipment and computer-based systems to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently. • Collaborate with service advisors to explain diagnostic results, recommend repairs, and provide accurate time estimates. • Efficiently and accurately complete servicing and repair tasks, including documenting work performed, parts used and Labor time. • Perform quality control inspections on completed repairs to verify the accuracy and functionality of work performed. • Maintain a professional and customer-focused attitude, addressing customer concerns and providing excellent service. • Collaborating closely with the Parts Department to ensure timely ordering, tracking, and availability of all required components. • Stay updated with the latest technical information, service bulletins, and equipment manufacturer guidelines to ensure accurate and efficient servicing and repairs. • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and participate in problem-solving initiatives. • Ensure safety & compliance follow all safety protocols, including PPE usage, and comply with company, environmental and health regulations. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring proper handling and storage of tools and equipment. Job Requirements: • Education: Technical High School or High School  • 0-2 Years in automotive diagnostics, servicing and repairs or any relevant field.
