This role encompasses the leadership of project controls activities, ensuring that project schedules, budgets, and resources are effectively managed throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of project controls systems tailored to mixed-use projects. Manage project schedules, budgets, and progress reporting accurately and timely. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project controls integration. Analyze project performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Facilitate stakeholder communications and reporting sessions. Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Mentor and guide junior project controls staff to enhance team capabilities. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum of 10 years’ experience in project controls, with direct involvement in mixed-use developments. Strong knowledge of project controls tools, software, and methodologies. Proven ability to manage complex project schedules and budgets. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Experience working in the Middle East region is an advantage. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
