The core EPC activities of alfanar Construction are in the fields of: • Power and Water Projects • Transmission and Distribution Projects • Building Construction (Industrial & Commercial) Projects • Electro-Mechanical projects Job Purpose Provide security job for entrance gate of industrial plant and grounds, warehouse, or other property and control traffic entry to properties. Key Accountability Areas Patrolling and monitoring activities on the company’s premises regularly to discourage criminals and ensure the environment is safe and secure -Controlling the entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and vehicles according to protocols Monitoring surveillance cameras to watch out for any disruptions or unlawful activities. Verifying material delivery note / asset transfer note / release request. Role Accountability HR Proficiency: Communicate effectively with peers and supervisors and show openness to directions and feedback. Delivery: Use tools and machinery within efficient cost and time. Execute the operational activities as per delivery schedules and work instructions. Problem-Solving: Assist to solve any related issues arise and escalate any complex operational problems. Quality: Implement the quality standards for products, processes, or related activities. Business Process: Execute the tasks as per work routines and instructions. Compliance: Comply to related policy, procedures, and processes. Health, Safety, and Environment: Adhere to all Safety procedures and regulations.
