Swissôtel Al Maqam  is part of a new urban development, including two restaurants, one executive lounge, two meeting rooms and a business centre. It has private entrances that make it easier for our valuable gusts to reach Al Masjid Al Haram Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service. Lead and supervise the day-to-day operation of the department to ensure service standards are followed. Handle guest concerns and respond promptly, logging and notifying the appropriate departments. Actively participate in daily briefings, warm-ups, and departmental meetings. Ensure Room Attendants are informed daily about priorities in their section. Follow departmental policies and procedures. Report necessary maintenance items. Follow all safety and sanitation policies. Perform other duties as assigned. Previous leadership experience (an asset). University/College degree in a related discipline (an asset). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. High level of responsibility and reliability. Ability to work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team. Constant standing and walking throughout the shift. Occasional lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs. Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, and lifting. Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, and ramps.
