This role focuses on building long-term value through external collaborations, sponsorship packages, and innovative monetization of brand assets. Key Responsibilities Identify, pitch, and secure sponsorship opportunities aligned with the company’s vision and market position. Develop, price, and manage sponsorship and advertising packages tailored to different partner segments. Create and implement ad placement strategies across digital and physical assets to maximize revenue. Build and maintain relationships with sponsors, advertisers, and strategic partners. Negotiate contracts and ensure delivery of all sponsorship rights and benefits. Collaborate with marketing to enhance sponsor visibility and brand alignment. Monitor and report on sponsorship performance, ROI, and renewal opportunities. Explore new partnership models to expand brand reach and commercial value. 8+ years of experience in sponsorship, partnerships, or commercial development. Strong track record in structuring and closing high-value sponsorship deals. Experience in managing advertising inventory and developing monetization strategies. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Established network of potential sponsors and partners is highly desirable.
