As Director - Development, you will play a central role in guiding complex real estate projects from strategy through delivery. This role is suited to a leader who can balance commercial, operational, and stakeholder priorities while helping drive large-scale destination developments forward in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end development strategy for large-scale mixed-use destination projects. Oversee project budgets, timelines, feasibility studies, and delivery milestones. Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and government stakeholders across development phases. Drive contract negotiations, risk management, and regulatory compliance for development initiatives. Mentor development teams and present project updates to senior leadership. Bachelor's degree in real estate, construction management, business, or a related field. 12-15 years of leadership experience in large-scale real estate development, including mixed-use projects. Strong experience with feasibility analysis, budgeting, financial modeling, and project lifecycle management. Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage external stakeholder relationships. Experience negotiating contracts and ensuring regulatory and safety compliance. Professional proficiency in English.
