Opportunity Overview We are pleased to announce CO-OP Training Opportunities for motivated undergraduate students who are seeking hands-on, practical experience in the construction industry. This program is designed to bridge academic learning with real-world application, giving trainees exposure to ZODCON’s large-scale projects, advanced technologies, and professional workplace environment. Fields of Training CO-OP trainees will be placed in different departments based on their field of study and ZODCON’s business needs, including (but not limited to): Engineering: Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Design Engineering Project Management & Planning (Primavera Unifier, Oracle HCM Workforce Structures) Human Resources & Administration (HR operations, talent management, mobilization) Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Procurement & Supply Chain Finance & Accounting Facility Management What We Offer Exposure to mega construction projects and diverse work environments (HQ, Regional Offices, PMT sites). Training under experienced mentors and subject-matter experts. Involvement in real business projects that contribute to ZODCON’s operations. Eligibility Criteria Saudi national students enrolled in their final year of study. University requirement for CO-OP Training (10–28 weeks). Fields of study aligned with ZODCON functions (Engineering, Business, HR, Finance, etc.). Strong academic performance and eagerness to learn. Proficiency in English and MS Office is an advantage.
