Ensure finished work meets workshop quality standards. Follow safety procedures while using tools and materials. Respect timelines and ensure perfect quality in all tasks. Work towards meeting workshop targets by fixing cars on time with guaranteed quality. Certification in automotive body repair or equivalent trade experience. At least 3 years’ experience in denting/painting/bodywork. Skilled in welding, sanding, and surface finishing. Knowledge of safety regulations and material handling. Familiarity with modern paint systems is a plus.
