Our culture is all about speed and care.  Role Summary As an Account Executive at Shipa Delivery, you will support the account management function by coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This is a junior-level role suitable for candidates with 0–2 years of experience , focused on communication, coordination, and basic reporting. Responsibilities Support assigned customer accounts and assist in day-to-day account coordination. Communicate with customers to understand service requirements and share updates. Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, support) to ensure smooth execution. Follow up on service-related issues and support their timely resolution. Maintain accurate customer data and documentation. Assist in preparing basic reports using MS Excel. Ensure adherence to company processes and service standards. Support senior account team members in ongoing account activities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field . 0–2 years of experience in account management, customer service, or operations. Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.
