Job Purpose Splicing and termination for Fiber optic cables and supervision for fiber optic cables related works and testing for the FO cables after splicing/termination with OTDR & Power Meter Key Accountability Areas Splicing (he will be responsible for fiber optic cables splicing with different types of SM &MM indoor/outdoor and underground /OPGW Cable preparation (he will be responsible for fiber optic cables preparation and arrangement according to standards to be ready for splicing ) Termination/connectorization (he will be responsible for termination work for fiber optic cables in our projects with different types of connectors (FC-ST-LC-SC) for all FO SM&MM cables with different types of termination (Hot Melt & Epoxy-Polish). Troubleshooting (he will be responsible for fiber optic cables troubleshooting after splicing to clear any faults to be ready for final testing). Testing (he will be responsible for local testing  with OTDR & Power meter for fiber optic cables after splicing and make sure that it is ready for final testing with witness ). Safety (He will follow the full safety requirement for our main clients ). Job location  (He is responsible to our fiber optic work in all our projects all over the kingdom along with our team ) Supervision (He will supervise the site team in pulling and arranging the FO cables before splicing to make sure that cable are healthy and  as per standards and all our requirements are fulfilled Role Accountability Communicate effectively with peers and supervisors and show openness to directions and feedback. Use tools and machineries within efficient cost and time. Execute the operational activities as per delivery schedules and work instructions. Solve any related issues arise and escalate any complex operational problems. Implement the quality standards for products or processes or related activities. Execute the tasks as per work routines and instructions. Comply to related policy, procedures, and processes. Adhere to all Safety procedures and regulations Academic Qualification Diploma Degree in Electrical Institute Work Experience 4 to 6 Years Technical / Functional Competencies Quality Control Safety Troubleshooting Communication Teamwork Multi-Tasking Physically fit Quick learning Hand/Power Tool Proficiency Equipment Maintenance Adaptability
