Project Director (SP)

JASARA PMC, a joint venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, is seeking a Project Director to join their team. Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the project team, including engineers, designers, and staff Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers Manage project budgets and schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and specifications Provide regular project updates to the senior leadership team and stakeholders Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field With 20+ years experience delivering complicated steel frame structures/bridges with value exceeding SAR1bn and strong knowledge of structural steel design, construction staging analysis and steel erection. Experience of ACP cladding and large LED screens optional. The Project Director will manage a team of 10 direct staff, construction supervision team and 3 contractors. (Main Contractor, Steel contractor and LED contractor) A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders Familiarity with Saudi Arabia's construction industry, regulations, and standards is preferred
